Around the time your child is age 2 will be the only time in life you get excited over seeing the "prize" they have brought to show you in their "potty." This will also be the only time you will find yourself clapping and cheering over such a thing!Lately I have been doing alot of cheering for my little fellow. I recently discovered something that made me laugh. The more I thought the more I laughed.I realized that having children in the house is often quite comical.Here are just a few of the recent occurences that put a smile on my face!You know there are little ones in the house when...You find a cob of corn in the butter container.You find a piece of banana stuck in your hair when, in fact, you have eaten no banana!You find a rubber duckie in the toilet.You know every conversation by heart in "Finding Nemo."You never make it through taking a shower or bath without an interruption (crying, tattle taling, peeking under the door, hands under the door).You almost always have a little "shadow" when even going to use the toilet.You upload a picture of yourself for a profile and find that it has been replaced with a computer-drawn smiley face.What a surprise!It's great having kids. They make me smile on the gloomiest days!!!I'm sure many of you out there can relate. Maybe some frustrated parents can also stop and realize how much fun raising children really is, too!Have a great day!
